Please read before filling out the Appointment Request Form below.

A major credit card or debit card is required when making your 1st appointment. It is not required for any future appointments.

If you're a "NO SHOW" (meaning you don't show up for your scheduled waxing appointment), your credit or debit card will be charged 100% of the total treatment(s).

If you need to cancel your appointment a minimum 48 hour notice is required prior to your appointment time otherwise you will be charged 50% of the treatment(s). You may cancel via text, phone or email. Please understand that it is difficult to re-book same day appointment cancellations or cancellations made the night before your morning appointment.

There are exceptions to the 48 hour cancellation policy in which you would not be charged. They are:

*If you are active military and are called into work

*If you are legitimately ill (Please note menstrual cycle issues do not apply)

*If your minor child is ill

*You have Covid-19 or you or someone you live with has been exposed to Covid-19

If you are a civilian and called into work and choose to cancel your waxing appointment without giving 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your total treatment(s). NO EXCEPTIONS (except for active military) and those exceptions listed above.

As a courtesy to clients, you may receive an appointment reminder via text. Please note that you are still responsible for showing up to your appointment even if you don't receive a courtesy text.

Once your Appointment Request Form is received, you will receive an email appointment confirmation.  If you do not receive an email appointment confirmation within (4) four hours of sending your Appointment Request Form, please text or email us asking if your online Appointment Request Form was received.  Any subsequent appointments can be made via text at
